If your qualifications match a current opening, you will be contacted to schedule an interview. In addition, your resume and application will be kept on file 1 year for future opportunities.
Q. Can I call to follow-up on the status of my application or resume?
Please be advised that due to the large number of applications we receive, we are unable to provide individuals with a status of their application. Our Human Resources department will contact you to set up an interview if your qualifications match the requirements for current open positions.
Q. How will I know if a position I apply for is has been filled?
Our job postings are updated on a regular basis. Therefore, when a position is closed and/or filled, it will be removed from our online job site. If you have interviewed for a position and are not selected for that position, a letter will be sent to inform you of our decision.
Q. What should I do if I discover a mistake in my resume or application after I have submitted it?
Once your resume or application has been sent, it will be necessary to resubmit your resume or application to correct any errors. Please note on the resume or application that you are resubmitting your resume or application so we may replace your old one.

Yes, please submit one cover letter, resume and application for all positions indicating the position(s) for which you would like to be considered.

However, any employee of Sargent Controls & Aerospace who is responsible for a part of our hiring process will be allowed to review any information you submit with the exception of the Background Authorization and Affirmative Action Forms.

Please do not send resumes or applications for positions that are not listed on our website. We only accept application for positions that we currently have available. Any resumes or applications submitted for unlisted positions will not be retained.
