Sargent Controls & Aerospace sponsors various events throughout the year.

Family Day

Every spring, Sargent Controls & Aerospace holds its summer picnic for you and your family.  Although the location varies, you can be assured that there are activities for all ages.

Holiday Party

In December, Sargent Controls & Aerospace sponsors an employee Holiday Party at a local restaurant or hall.  Everyone enjoys good food and holiday spirit.  Drawings are held for generous cash and other prizes.

Service Awards Dinner

The company sponsors and recognizes employees who reach certain milestones during their career at Sargent Controls & Aerospace.  An annual dinner is held to present awards and recognize employees whose years of unbroken service have reached 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 35 and 40 years.

Anniversary Luncheons

A monthly informal meeting/lunch, chaired by the VP/GM to recognize employees who are celebrating a service anniversary with the company.
