Flexible Medical –
A WageWorks FSA enables you to take control of your out-of-pocket health expenses by setting aside pre-tax money to pay for everyday eligible expenses. The result can be savings of up to 40 percent on hundreds of products and services like eyeglasses, co-payments, prescriptions, dental care, and over-the-counter medicines. FSAs also cover co-payments, co-insurance, and deductibles.
Employees can utilize a debit card that works at pharmacies, doctor’s offices and other medical facilities to pay for their co-pays, deductibles, and other allowable expenses. Employees are provided with access to the complete list of allowable expenses through the company intranet.
Dependent Day Care –
Working Families often need help with child and elder care. A Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) lets you save on dependent care expenses using pre-tax dollars. You can spend your dependent care savings account funds on a wide range of care for eligible members of your family. Some of the expenses covered include senior day care, child day care, babysitting, before-and-after school programs, and sick child care.
